Restoration work completed in 2015.
Some challenges of this project:
Increasing the ceiling height of the ground floor/basement;
Reinforcement of the metal structure on all floors;
Adaptations, such as air conditioning, which could not interfere with the facades;
We managed to restore the facade and details of some rooms, as well as the staircase leading to the main floor;
New accesses to the basement and accessibility to all floors were created.

The old winter garden was restored, adding a large green wall with natural vegetation and automated irrigation.
