The property before it was occupied.
This project, executed in 2015, is located in a building on Avenida JK, in São Paulo.
With an area of 480m², Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company, has a modern yet relaxed aesthetic.
The visual identity and color scheme of the brand were applied to the walls and partitions, complementing the architecture.
In the project, the layout keeps the meeting rooms private, creating a drywall wall with a burnt cement finish, and next to the staff area, exposed brick.
This project, developed in 2015, was a joint effort between Azevedo Marques and Fernanda Peçanha.
The construction and all the infrastructure were executed by Guavirá Wissenbach.
